drupa 2016 - A great success for our quality products

On June 10th drupa 2016 with approx. 260.000 visitors closed its gates. SCHNEIDER SENATOR is looking back to this 11 days lasting leading trade fair in Dusseldorf with a very positive and satisfactory result. Managing director Ekkehardt Busch: 'We would like to thank the numerous visitors at our booth from all over the world for their inspiring interest, our international agents and distributors for their active support and our team of BUSCH and SCHNEIDER SENATOR for the great effort before, during and after drupa.'

Already for the 15th time since 1954 SCHNEIDER SENATOR participated at drupa and therefore is one of its long-established exhibitors. This year, as it has done in 2012, the company presented itself together with its parent company GERHARD BUSCH GmbH with an attractive and modern booth in the newest and probably most modern hall 6 of the exhibition grounds in Dusseldorf. On approx. 200 mē both German quality brands showed their sophisticated and optimally interlocking product portfolio for print finishing with die-cutting and banding machines, pile turners, waste conveyor systems as well as guillotines with complementary peripherals.

As a special highlight SCHNEIDER SENATOR presented the new compact & advance line with cutting widths of 780 and 920 mm. Both versions are equipped with the 2nd generation of the computer control 'Power Cutting Control' (PCC) and thanks to the direct electromechanical knife drive they are extremely silent as well as energy-saving. Burkhardt Busch, managing director and head of production and development, explains: 'With this new guillotine line we have succeeded in guaranteeing high performance, absolute precision and reliability even for smaller formats. The two different versions compact and advance provide technically identical high-quality. With the entry-level model compact we specifically address our price conscious customers. The advance version, though, offers additional user-friendly features e.g. an Ethernet interface, a hinged rear table cover as well as side tables with air film. It is therefore well prepared even for very challenging tasks.' His brother Ekkehardt Busch, also managing director and responsible for the sales department, is pleased about the very positive customer feedback at drupa: 'Both models are highly praised by our customers because they adapt optimally to their requirements and aspiration.'

The date for the next drupa is already set: from June 23rd until July 3rd, 2020 the industry for print and cross media solutions will meet again in Dusseldorf. SCHNEIDER SENATOR and BUSCH have already made a note of this date. We recommend you to do likewise.
